Scroll Fix & General Update

I quickly fixed a very tiny and simple bug which was that scroll wheel couldn't move the menu up and down but now it can!

After that, I spent a lot of my time reading about graphic techniques since this game basically has none atm. I'm mostly just thinking about messing around with some lighting schemes and seeing what the end result(s) are.
